A deep inlet between high cliffs, with a broad sandy beach at the bottom and the resort on top. Calm water and shallow sand suit families.

Parking in the resort, then steps or the road down to the sand. Regular buses from Maó.

- Cova d’en Xoroi: Bar and club in a cliff-face cave with terraces over the sea, famous for sunset drinks. There is an entry fee that has included a first drink; check current opening before going

## Worth combining

- Cales Coves and its prehistoric burial caves, reachable on foot via the coast (a loop with Es Canutells is about 11 km).
